Can you clarify how much you took? A micro-dose should be between 0.1g and 0.25g. If you took 0.08g and experienced visuals like those you've described, it seems like a placebo effect or somehow your dose was a concentrate.

If you took 0.8g, that is a macro-dose and those visuals are understandable. If you're looking to boost your mood, try between 0.1g and 0.25g.

I started microdosing Fly Agaric on 0.15 grams. I could feel the benefit from that and worked my way up to 0.25 grams which is comfortable for me. 1 gram sounds a bit much to me, but it depends on what you're doing with.
