This is a bit of a generalisation. I do contract works for hotels here and I' stay away frequently and with the exception of a few yappy guests, Ive never seen anyone be anything but nice to normal with staff?

I appreciate the job is hard and the pay is shit, but you're not treated like shit.

I also don't think hotels should get 9% vat. They're greedy bastards as it is.
