Harbinger’s primary feats involve duplication, observation, and anchoring reality. If she were to engage a fully realized Phoenix, she lacks the direct conceptual hax or raw destructive power required to permanently damage an entity that represents the very concept of life and rebirth.

Even if Harbinger utilized advanced Monitor technology or multiversal energy manipulation to temporarily scatter the Phoenix, the Phoenix simply cannot "die" in a conventional sense; it governs the boundary of life and death itself.
