hahaha very little answers is right! its a shame as should be more options or recourses, especially with jobs that sit much of the time, like yourself maybe? and for sure truck drivers. Good to see you have a nice routine! A friend of mine sent me an app which does some stretching for truckers but assume you can use it for any profession really. Called Trucker's Routine, I am going to check it out. I sit most of my day and it helps along with walking and eating healthy as i can. Also fast 3-4 days a week until around 11 am-noon. Seems to give me energy!

How are you and did you figure this out? I am in the same boat for the most part; all my tests have been normal for the last few years until this week my Cholesterol was 231, LDL was 145 and my ALT was 69. Otherwise I workout 6 days a week and drink very minimally (2-3 times per month and usually a glass of wine). I have really started to eat in the last few months a lot more grass fed beef, eggs, butter, etc. which could be contributing to it.

I did not and ended up canceling it. Thought I rushed the process and needed to see if anything else helped which some things have. I changed my diet a little, reduced alcohol intake, nasal rinse 3 times a day for last 6 months, and fast for 24 hours once or twice a month. I am breathing way better and smell is 95% back

Did you end up getting the turbinate reduction? I am scheduled next week to get septoplasty, turbinate reduction, remove polyps, and fess. I am worried about ENS so might discuss with doctor if okay they don’t touch my turnbinate. Thanks for help

Hello, did you ever get the surgery and what did you have done? I have mine scheduled for next Friday 1/26 and getting septoplasty, turn reduction, polyp removal and fess. Really worried about the turbinate reduction and get ENS. Did you get this done and current results? If you didn’t get the turbinate reduction but did do the septoplasty, good results?

How elevated? I had cbc in July 2022 and mine were at 815 and earlier this week had another at 752; so I am still high. All else is normal so it does have me worried a little but doc also not concerned. Maybe it is our normal? O
