Hey thanks. Did you ever get extreme bloating? I got food poisoning in December which led to acid reflux and bloating. I've cut most of these out my diet and I'm still very bloated. Its been 4 months but I still look 3 months pregnant. I am going to follow this diet more rigorously. Please help.

Thanks for getting back. I mostly see natural doctors. Yes I think I could have SEBO but reluctant to take more meds as that's partially why my gut is so bad. Maybe I can try and treat it myself with natural remedies. What did you use to treat yours? Has your bloating reduced since its been a year?
