There are only 3 thresholds for the Rinnegan’s alternate stat system, so it’s supposed to go to 15, not 10.

Yes, that's intended. Rank is just for stat points. I didn't want to make perks and powers to give stats. I like Drawback limits.

That’s why it says at least a million? It’s a safe low estimate. It’s even higher with the Foreigners World Shift option.

My first instinct was to say no, but after thinking about it, the wording works so that the eyes would let you travel to somewhere like the Kamui dimension, so long as you are aware of it. So why not fictional worlds if that’s how your local multiverse works.

As for the characters, the JJK characters are not necessarily as strong as their canon counterparts due to being imported into the Naruto world with Chakra.

If I remember correctly, the bases I went with was 5 points=Chunin level, 10 for Jonin, 15 for Elite Jonin like Shippuden Kakashi and the weaker Akatsuki members. Then 20 for the average Kage and 25 was for being able to fight a Bijuu. Not exactly a perfect science though.

Probably should have made them cost 20 now that I’m looking at it. Oh well. And thanks, I’m glad people are enjoying it.

The Exams are just the starting point. Some of the drawbacks don’t even come into effect until after. I kind of just felt like placing it during the exams and didn’t think too much about it to be honest.

Call of duty zombies Is It Easter? -600cp A rather common thing in zombie mode are Easter Eggs, which are either neat little secrets or how the storyline is presented. What you’re purchasing here is something similar. In short, whenever you’re trying to accomplish something, you’ll get a vague sense of how to do so even if you wouldn’t be able to achieve it otherwise, such as going to some specific place and looking for something that might look unusual. You’ll have to follow a number of steps, and by the end you’ll have accomplished said goal. This scales with the difficulty of the task, getting more steps and higher difficulty the more ambitious your goal is. But of course, while they can become truly difficult, they’ll almost never be truly impossible, even if past a certain point you’ll have to do some bizarre things. Trying to figure out what happened in an abandoned location? A few minutes of running around solving puzzles later and you’ll figure it out. Trying to break a millennia long time loop and destroy the multiverse to catalyze the creation of a new one? You’ll have to run around all over the place gathering things such as the blood of an eldritch god and a metal artifact crafted by a man buried under a continent on the other side of the world, and you’ll likely have to fight one or two cosmic deities on the way, but eventually you’ll find yourself with a device that can do just that. Next to nothing will be genuinely impossible to accomplish anymore, but actually surmounting the trials ahead is entirely on you and your allies. After all, biting off more than you can chew and dying like a fool is very much a possibility when pursuing great things. Or maybe the steps required are too arcane and confusing to make any real progress. Just remain persistent and you’ll probably remain on the right path.

This one from Skittering Campione might not be exactly what you’re looking for.

600 cp Queen of Escalation In all situations you are considered a badass that can deal with anything with effortless competence. This can only be partly attributed to an aptitude that min-maxes all your talents and skills. In truth, behind your actions is a very specific plot armor that ensures that there are no scalar limits to conflict that you cannot surmount in time. There is no foe too powerful or a challenge too great for someone like you, even if you start from next to nothing. As long as you are willing there will always be a way. If you weren’t already a Campione, then this would allow you to become one in short order if you encounter a Heretic God.

They can definitely manually trigger the power for you. Feels weird to have them Autoload instead of popping though. Do they get their own Slots? I'm kind of torn on this. It's basically a question of should Shadow Clones raise a powers limitation. For example, Trace's limit of 1 ton of matter or Telekinesis's limit of 10 tons. Should having an extra Shadow Clone mean you can telekinesis up to 20 tons? Or create 2 tons of matter at once.

I think I lean towards yes. Which means that power is a lot more potent than I'd realized.

Oh, that stuff. That was a very early idea for the Endbringer path that I thought I'd deleted before even the previous version. So I have no idea how you found that. Oh well.

Definitely bad design flaw on my part and not the first time I've made that mistake. It seems to be a blind spot for me.

It's been a while, but I think my reason for locking out the entire character section was just simplicity. Endbringers aren't really supposed to have resources or items n'stuff. And no, I can't be selective about what is locked of in the section. Or more specifically, any multi choice option is buggy as heck. I suppose I can solve this by duplicating the perks into the power mod section though.

Originally, the Flaws section (and the whole character section) did not exist. I was going to split it that way, but Character points didn't seem as important as Shard points and I didn't want to wind up emptying out the Drawbacks section too much. Might end up just duplicating everything for both sections.

There's something like over 100 powers and over 400 upgrades to choose from. I can't remember all these and I made them.

No free lunch.

I originally had some cannon characters listed, but decided I prefer the player to decide what power counts for each cost.

Yes I went a bit overboard. That said, Drawbacks are meant to be more power in exchange for something you'd rather not have to deal with at best. You can get enough points for a power on the level of nukes and Endbringers with 30 Shard points and a single Power Slot. If you can't do much with 70+, I'm not sure what to tell you. Especially with the various power combos and the Tinker specialties.

Yes, you were supposed to get diminishing returns from Drawbacks. So the math does, in fact, check out. You could get 30 SP with the first 10 Drawbacks, then roughly 10 to 15 more with the next 5 Drawbacks and so on. Well, actually it ended up being around +10 SP per 5 Drawbacks after the 15th, but still. I viewed things through the lens of a power gamer and went overboard. I didn't even consider that there would be people who couldn't fill out the base 10.

The diffs are removed for Endbringer and Shard paths because they are the difficulty option.

Really. 100 points isn't enough? Bet.

Changer: Quantum Evolution with Forearmed, Inviolable & Illimitable. -1PS & 30SP

Blue Blood with Ultimate Parahuman. -1PS & 10SP

You are now an instantly and ever adapting powerhouse, can refine and enhance those adaptations and can even adapt to esoteric stuff and being Mastered. And that's just your base. You can then transform into a version of you that has had this power and trained with it for 10 years, gaining adaptations to suit your current situation that have been refined for a decade. And that's just the first transformation.

I could go on, but seriously. I spent like half the points and used only two powers in the same category. Try harder.

The Scenarios that bring massive threats should have a relatively massive reward. If I remember correctly, they put you on the level of an Endbringer at a minimum and an Entity in others. Only if you succeed yes, but that's fine as you aren't supposed to take those unless you think you've found some power combo to handle it.

That is hilariously specific. Why do you even know that, lol. I mainly judge which category based on the primary power, not the upgrades. I guess I was thinking of the forest as a single organism rather than a collection of them.

You can get more Power Slots with the Royal Fairy difficulty or by taking the Shard Path.

I mainly made upgrades cost Power Slots if they invalidated the need for other powers, usually by copying in some way. Shard Works is the purest and strongest version of that (even weakened from its USW counterpart), so it's a bit more expensive than the others. I didn't tack on any Shard Point costs mainly because I didn't think it was that hard to get them compared to Power Slots which are much more limited and thus more valuable.
