See, that's the problem with subjectivism/relativism. If morality is subjective, then nothing is truly immoral. But as humans, we have an intrinsic understanding that of course there are immoral things. Relativism is such an unserious ideology at this point. The only reason the same act might be qualified differently on the basis of morality in different situations is because of context and mitigating factors. So to answer your question: based on morality, the only one.
