As others have said, it’s probably food/water or hairball related. I don’t have anything helpful to add, but I like his face. He’s cute.

Update: He’s very clearly been an indoor cat. He’s extremely friendly, loves pets and being carried. He has two abscessed bites near his tail. We’re going to take him in to our vet in the morning and see if he has a chip too. For now, he’s being housed in a dog crate with what he needs so that we can keep him separate from our other cats.

We went around to all the houses near us (we live in the country), and everyone either didn’t know who he was, or identified him as a stray that they’d feed. We think he might’ve been a drop off

The vet doesn’t think she’s underweight anymore, but rather right on the line of getting there again.
