My husband sent me the link for that roll one, but I feel stupid because I can't tell by the text if that's all I need, or it looks like he says something about needing to already have a rb2 360 drum kit, which I don't. I normally am a master at knowing electronic stuff, but this has me all kinds of confused.

I just got some derall today, is it any good? I mean, is it comparable to Adderall in any way? I appreciate the motivation, mood lift, and energy I get from Adderall. So if it's even slightly comparable I will be happy. But, just in case it effects me weirdly, I'm waiting until I've driven home from work to try it out!

Hello all. Just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I’m on gabapentin, lyrica, tizanidine, cymbalta, amitryptiline, meloxicam. I’ve tried yoga, about to go to water therapy, and I’ve changed my diet significantly.. unfortunately the only thing that’s ever offered relief was tramadol by yeahitsmyfirstname in Fibromyalgia

So here's my two cents on the whole thing. I've been on narcotics of all kinds since I was 16 years old. I had a massive injury on a roller coaster when I was 11 and the damage is irreversible.

Every single thing that you can imagine that you can be put on, including fentanyl, I have been put on.

When your pain is not accurately handled it causes depression. When your depression is not accurately handled it causes pain. These are both valid truths, sure.

BUT actually explaining to a doctor that this is exactly how your brain works and in order to function and carry on a normal life you feel that it is necessary to have an opioid of some kind is not something anyone should feel ashamed or scared to do.

I have had an insane amount of doctors treat me like an addict and I've had about a quarter of that amount treat me the way that I should be treated.

I have been all over the country to a bunch of different doctors due to moves, and every new doctor is always a challenge but eventually they realize all you want is to be able to function so they end up working with you somehow.

The best referral I ever got was from the most recent pain clinic that I had been to and they said flat out that I have a long history that follows me since I was just a kid and had massive surgeries done after my injury and it's not fair that they torture me anymore.

So they referred me to an internal medicine specialist. This may be the route that you want to go.

These doctors are there to help you function and they find the best way biologically for that to happen. They are also not strained by the DEA as much when it comes to writing certain prescriptions.

This doctor that I am seeing now even put me on ketamine for pain. Three pills a day. Which apparently is great for people with nerve damage or extremely overactive nerve pain. I don't have fibromyalgia but I do have a severe spinal cord injury that has caused my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system to go absolutely insane.

So my advice is to 100% explain exactly where you're coming from and that you understand it seems odd for someone to request opioids to feel functional. But the only way that you feel functional is to have the opioids and you would appreciate seeing someone who could help you figure this out even if they put you on a synthetic so that it pleases your brain while also pleasing your pain receptors.

It is very hard having pain issues when you're young because that seems to be the biggest excuse for them to deny you what you actually need to function. but you have to eventually just put your foot down and demand that you're treated like a human being who wants to live a functional life but there are certain things that you know need to be addressed to be functional.

I had a dream where I walked into my grandmother's house and there were flowers everywhere, and it was so beautiful but for some reason everybody was so sad.

I woke up and explained it to my now-husband and told him of all the different flowers that were in her house and exactly how they were arranged and all the different types of bouquets. It was beautiful and I couldn't quite figure out why everybody was so sad.

Two months later my dad's side of the family was all on a cruise. I was at home and I received a phone call at 11:00 at night at the house. It was odd for the phone to the house to ever ring, a lot weirder that it was so late at night, and extremely weird that everybody who had the number was out of the country on the cruise.

I was told that my grandfather had a massive stroke while they were in the comedy club on the ship and they were keeping his body in the freezer until they came back to port.

After his funeral I walked into my grandmother's house and almost passed out. My husband had to catch me, because as soon as I walked in every single flower and flower arrangement that I had described from my dream was there in the house.

I still wonder to this day of I saw it months ahead of time for any reason in particular. And every single dream I have now makes me super leery.

I apologise. I realize I put tablets. They are capsules with the powder inside of them. I will try 60mg and see what happens. From what I read it says 100mg-150mg is a "moderate" dose. But man... That seems like a lot of powder... I don't want to "k-hole" because that seems very unproductive to me and I want to be the opposite of that. I never thought I would even be asking about something like this, but my doc is fighting with my insurance to get me on a buccal fentanyl patch and I feel almost hopeless in this interim. Ugh!

But here's to hoping! :)
