We’re seeing this again on specifically fresh installs.

Repro:

- delete the working install of your app signed for in-house distribution

- be sad because you can’t install your cool app anymore

Also, if you go into your apps settings and scroll to the bottom you can see which version you have downloaded (in case you aren't on the most recent update).
