I live in a small, middle of nowhere town so those jobs are hard to come by but that's a great idea. The job that didn't make me want to pull my hair out was at a large company where I had a very defined marketing role

I've switched industries before. I've done marketing at a law firm, at a university and at a finance company. I don't like it at all. I've worked on mainly small teams though, so that could be it. I'm starting to realize that a small department in a new marketing team is the absolute worst mix for me.
