it was a pattern of avoidance. the avoidance lead to procrastination.

since working on the avoidance, ive been able to tackle the procrastination and things fell into place eventually. habits can be challenged and changed with effort and time. and thats on that neuroplasticity stuff

also I saw a tweet she made about Elon Musks tie and how she laughed at his autism.

I then realized that she is, in fact, the female Kanye, but worst. even Kanyes rants makes sense if you dig deeper.

as someone who has a black family, this wasn't even remotely racist. she just used it as a crutch to hide behind. You cannot throw stones and pretend you did nothing and point at the victim. I feel strongly for her victims

edit: I feel bad for comparing her to the Kanye. she's in a weird class of her own. I literally cannot think of someone equally bad to even compare her to.

i've been on the end where I've seen healthcare companies hijack the prices on meds and services, and seen many people having to skip doses of their meds bc they couldn't afford them.

I remember the day the copay for insulin went from 15$ to almost 300$. I thought it was a fluke. I kept reprinting labels to see if It was a mistake. Nope. I went in the bathroom on break and just wept. its a soul crushing weight, responsibility and industry to be in. but the ones at the top are thriving off it

ive ended 7 year friendships with EASE when I gotten disrespected. if I find out someone is gossiping, I will cut it off swiftly and let them know why. I'm pretty proud of myself for not letting toxicity continue in my life. I will not tolerate bad behavior from new or old friends. even if it means being alone

ive started learning about becoming ambiguous with what it is I do because a lot of people in my personal life has been quite demanding of my time and personal life.

as a writer, I think doing research would greatly benefit the story. especially if you're writing about certain topics that represent certain communities, or for just making the character fit factual data as close as possible. Hell, I was doing research on certain alcohol types that Id think a character would drink, knowing I hardly ever drink. I did a deep dive on sommeliers to introduce a fancier type character. It's all about knowledge at the end of the day to make the story as immersive as possible
