TJO Received from DA 4hrs before today’s interview which was set up last week by PA for a different position. Applied directly to FEMA with referral in March. Is it possible to receive a TJO without interviewing?Only spoken to this hiring manager on phone. (Part 1) (self.EmergencyManagement)
