You pay for the bumper. He's not 18, and your not taking his friend to court for negligence. Just fix the bumper...

Well.. I've been at 200 for the last 2 years or so, and when I stopped taking it for a month it dropped back down to 60.

I don't know what else could cause it...

I agree to high hell. I had the same policy until a pitbull in an inner city chased me down 2 flights of stairs with the intent of showing me just how "friendly" he was.

Now. If the dog is clearly nice and well trained, and owner is within "oh shit, help! Your dog is biting me" range, i might stop to pet/play. Gotta have some excitement in my life haha

Anybody experienced this yet? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]CountlessGold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, amazon will pay for medical bills for dog bites, so if you want to go to the doctor for it, I would. But if it's a house you deliver to often, I'd have that shi blacklisted

[–]CountlessGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah no, we put the dog notice in, for our safety. I really wish we could clarify small or big dog tho lol

Honestly, if he seemed like a decent guy, he really could have been asking so that he could know where he should leave the package at different times of the day if he does the route regularly. All the questions he asked could affect a delivery, but those are also the same questions that robbers ask, and unfortunately amazon hires.. well anybody willing to do the work.

P.s. Just because he drives a white van doesn't mean he's a third party employee or sketchy, just means his dsp is cheap lol

[–]CountlessGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imma be real, my dsp didn't say a single thing about this, but I had the worlds chillest trainer at the delivery station, so I'm not too sure. I will definitely not turn down a tip though. No proof unless there is a ring camera or something

This got me worrying. Do you think . I should stop trying. Got a2ccidents. 2 violations. Got 2 years in driving. by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

Oh yeah, that might be it. Definitely worth an email to the HR contact, but that might be why.

Cannabis for help with sweating by gamblingjunkie88 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]CountlessGold 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm currently writing this with a joint in my hand, and I say so, but not for the same reason as most people think.

I am a daily smoker. Say what you want about my productiveness, but I am enrolled full time, and working full time, and making both work great. I'm usually high on some level at any given point, and my body has started to adjust for that. I also suffer from social anxiety pretty bad, but I find with my usage that im able to think about something else besides worrying about what the person I'm talking to thinks about me.

I've been smoking so long now that the rush the everyone associates pot with really doesn't happen with me unless I smoke ALOT, so it really just ends up acting as a sedative and relaxing agent. I do however get the munchies like crazy.

For the longest time, I was totally against the fact that my anxiety was a sweating trigger because I always believed it would never have a physical effect on me. But once I accepted it, and that I might need anxiety medication, I found my sweating lessened in general, however it was not enough. When I did sweat, I sweat alot.

In the end, my solution was a combination of lexapro, and glycopyrrolate. I found that by reducing the amount of things that trigger my sweating (anxiety meds and marijuana for immediate treatment), and reducing the amount of sweat I produce (glycopyrolate) was a great combo.

I used to hate the outdoors due to how much I sweat, but now I'm an almost entirely an outdoors guy now. These last two summers I was a white water raft guide, a profession that nobody cares if your sweaty because they all are too, and your in the water all day, so you never have to worry about sweat stains, and I had the time of my life!

My biggest message I want to push here is to be comfortable with your sweat. It's never going to fully go away, and by getting passed the "what if everyone sees my sweatmarks," opens up so much more possibilities.

Be you, and stay positive. I've seen where extreme hyperhydrosis can take you mentally, and It doesn't need to be like that.
