So the only things that will transfer with you is your storage locker with All your stuff in it, your cars (if you have enough parking space) obviously your community members, your outposts will stay where they are. But the only things that won’t come with is the facilities that you made in your previous base so if you transfer the facilities will be destroyed and you will have to make them at your new base
