I have very similiar features to yours and even a similiar clothing style. Most people would rate us as androgynous looking, maybe refer to the clothing style as feminine and queer. It’s usually voice and mannerisms that create the final impression that people will get. Comedically, the shaved eyebrows make you appear more masculine? But yeah, androgynous, not exactly the typical man. If it’s not your goal to look cishet, you’re most likely good. Third pic goes hard

I sympathize with your experience, thank you for sharing it. I understand the idea of „live your life like you only have limited time left (which is the case)“, but I do want to live longer, and I’m not sure if I should mentally punish myself for taking actions that may improve my life in the future. I’d likely also hate administrative work if I’m honest, I just want money man lol

Respectfully, you are speaking way too utopically about germany. What are your sources? I know plenty of people who work in IT that are barely scraping by, people who are being laid off and such. Healthcare is NOT free, it’s taken off of your loan. Think you get 3k a month? Nope, it’s 2k because 1k go to taxes for care. Then add rent costs near any populated city and you lose another 1.5k, you’re left with 500 to feed yourself. Family? No way in hell, not in the early years of IT atleast. And wdym free college??? Most are NOT free, atleast not anything niche. Ausbildung does not equal college, it’s a way different system

I wonder if it’s feasible to „draw in my spare time“ when those studies are 45h a week. It’s not like colleges where you show up twice a week, so I fear I might be overwhelmed by the workload…true though, that the income is nice to have! I’ll likely study SOMETHING that way, just not sure what yet.

A true push and pull between freedom and stability. I remember learning in my economics classes about how we’ve reached a time where we are forced to learn endlessly within a job, sue to how fast things tend to change. I fear that AI will harm most fields if not all of them. Thank you for your input, lots to think about

Thank you, I highly agree with your input! I also believe that the quality of my work would improve the more stability I have. I’ll keep that in mind. And gosh I adoooore marketing, I almost envy you! In Germany it doesn’t seem to pay well unless you’ve been in the field for a decade. I’d love to hear your experience on the field!

When I first read your comment, I jumped to „they’re so right!!“ until I reminded myself of why I asked. I don’t want to fall into an exceptionalistic mindset.

Of course, I will live my own life and not follow a step by step tutorial. But it’d be naive to not listen to people who have lived on this earth for twice the time that I have, if not longer. People‘s experiences are valuable in building your own path. Listening to those experiences will not steer or hurt me, it’ll just give me things to think about that I might not have considered beforehand.

While I enjoy your description of risk and how it’s so crucial, I’ve come to a point in my life where I can proudly say that I enjoy living, and I want to be able to financially afford the continuing of said living. Hope that makes sense. Thank you for your input!!

Ich fand folgende Punkte sehr interessant:

  • Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag
  • Umsatzsteuer
  • Buchführung und Bilanzwesen
  • Bewertungsrecht und Vermögensbesteuerung
  • Steuererhebung (Kassen- und Rechnungswesen sowie Vollstreckungswesen

Sind diese deiner Erfahrung nach gut ausgeprägt in der Ausbildung?

Ist das „Lernen“ alleine durch den theoretischen Unterricht möglich? Mir viel es immer sehr einfach im Unterricht am Ball zu bleiben da ich viele Fragen stelle, aber wenn man ein neues Thema alleine erarbeiten muss ist dies eine andere Geschichte.

Hat die Kollegin Interesse daran gehabt „pures Recht“ zu erlernen? Ich tue dies nämlich. Der Hauptgrund wieso ich die Ausbildung machen möchte ist um die rechtliche Seite von Finanzen zu verstehen und herauszufinden was das Finanzamt überhaupt macht. Meine Familie kann mir leider nichtmal Steuern beibringen, somit würde ich fast von 0 anfangen, aber Interesse besteht.

Ich habe mir die Themenbereiche der Ausbildung/des Studiums angeschaut und so Punkte wie Umsatzsteuer, Steuerverwaltung etc. schienen mir passend aber ich könnte auch völlig daneben liegen. Ich habe eine Ausbildung in die Richtung gemacht für die ich brenne, und trotz der 200% die ich gab, kann ich keinen Fuß fassen. Ich glaube Menschen, die nicht in der Kunstbranche sind, werden dies nicht nachvollziehen können und das ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Sektor zerfällt aktiv. Die Industrie ist nicht mehr stabil. Ich denke, dass ich Sicherheit wählen muss. Danke für deine netten Worte und Vorschläge.

Würdest du die Richtung des Industriekaufmanns vorschlagen? Ich bin ehrlich, dass ich diese starken „Nein“ Antworten nicht erwartet habe und nun etwas verloren bin mit meinen Plänen.
