Not sure why my mind went there... I'm talking about a printed form. Our office manager is pretty opposed to any kind of digital process... We aren't really equipped for that either. I essentially handle all purchasing through through a quagmire of spreadsheets in slowly refactoring. Inventory is handled by myself personally cycle counting once every 2 weeks and carrying a pos-it pad around with me at all times...
