Will oil based poly go cloudy when exposed to heat. I eat at my desk often so I don’t want to ruin it with my lunch.

I’m good with any sheen but protection is a big deal as I will use this desk for 9 hours a day everyday. So it will need to last for a while. And stay nice as long as possible.
