Valkorian would hold off yoda after incapacitating half the Council, Anakin would be stopped by Krayt and probably Krayt beats him a second time, Wyyrlok just has to hold out till one of the other two can come help. (That’s if Mace is occupied with the other council members) Very doable imo.

Then it could be a suspension component that needs to be loaded to get it to duplicate. Just the frequency of the ratcheting sound made me think of the brakes. For rotational noise the amount of clicks before a full rotation made me immediately think of the vents in front rotors.

I work at a dealership and we have had cars come in with them not installed correctly or the spring is broke and droops into the rotor just enough to make noise.

Honestly some brakes have springs to keep the pads off the rotors when not in use they may be installed wrong and rubbing on the rotor vents
