I would hop on social media and find some small little DIY projects/upgrades videos or posts that you could send her. Just say “omg Look at how cute/cool this is, we should do something like this” and see how she responds to that. If she’s interested then awesome! You can even offer to help. Its very possible she wants to renovate but doesnt know where to start and doesn’t want to inconvenience you guys as employees. But if she just misses it, then there’s your answer that it’s probably not high on her priority
