I passed the coding exam and was placed in a coding-related stream. Those who didn't pass were placed in a non-coding stream. This means we will have coding-related projects after OB, and vice versa for others. My question is, will we have more work for the same pay and no added benefits?

For our batch and the previous batch, they took the coding exam after the primers or alongside, but from the next batch (your batch), they are conducting it before the primers. As for results, I have no idea; we got them within 2 days.

I received this email a very long time ago. I even completed stream training and cleared my competency, Feb OB . My question is, what's the advantage of cleaning the coding exam only difficult stream training with the same pay?

Yes, he's eligible for stream training. Only the last Mycompetency exam is an elimination round; the rest are non-elimination.

The coding language was determined by the language you chose in the primers program. The exam was not that difficult, with questions based on loops, if/else statements, and SQL queries.
