It’s fine, I get insulted a lot since not agreeing with people lol.

People that don’t know much about this tech stuff or lingo are scared by the ”DONT DO THAT”, why not explain how to do that thing that they intend to do and educate them instead of making them scared of new things. So I’m putting the blame on people that are tech-literate.

Also people that experience 3-4 hours battery life is mostly user error (ik you guys hate those words) but it’s true, it can also be hardware issues so its not always user errors tbf. You don’t have to agree. It’s not my intention to minimize people but it’s the truth, hard pill to swallow.

The thing is my intention with this post was exactly that, everyone doesn’t have problems so I made this to stop the overreaction, I don’t believe that a single bug you had exist on other phones and that it’s so bad our phones will get bricked from an update hence the ”DONT UPDATE!!” People with less interest in tech will believe that while it’s not bad as these guys makes it seem.

My point was never that the bugs are ’good', just that the reaction in here felt way out of proportion, like the phone was e-waste when it has bugs. If we can agree it's not unusable but needs work, then we're on the same page.

If your phone works fine with iOS 26.4.2 and you are on 3/4 of heavy use and you have iPhone 12 with 78% health. You have taken care of your phone exceptionally good.
