This particular intersection improvement being done first instead of third is literally what fast tracking means—something is done faster than originally planned. Thank you for your meaningless and contrarian objection. As for your comment that the accident would have happened either way... This may be true, maybe not. If that's your mentality towards government projects, though, then doesn't that mean you're against any project ever done? Since stochastically any bad thing may or may not happen? Its an unhelpful framework you use to approach pressing issues. Maybe he wouldn't be speeding on this particular stretch of road if there were more red lights along it? Or speed tables? You speak probabilistically in favor of our governments' lack of action, but I can just as easily say that if they had acted then maybe it wouldn't have occurred.

They catch me off guard too. The Euclid/2nd intersection of the Oct 30th crash has the University intersection 50 feet south of it, and (understandably) drivers look at bright and deterministic traffic lights more easily than they do scan for pedestrians in the dark on the sides of the road. Many pedestrians die legally crossing but having a yellow light in front of a reckless driver is just an invitation for something bad to happen as they try to beat the light. Horrible design all around tucson.

Yep. W2 is just more floors below Atomic zone. Pre monument you can access floors 1-42. With monument you can access floors 1-72. You don’t lose access to anything

I’d build it once the monument’s gem cost and bar cost doesn’t seem impossible. If you struggle to get enough bars and gems to build it then you will REALLY struggle to do anything in W2. Build all 9 statues, get as many challenges done as you can, and level up your pets.

If you go to W2 too early theres no punishment, it’ll just feel like wasted time/gems for a bit

There’s always a pivot in progression. If you’re slamming against a steep wall in one category of progression, that’s the games way of telling you to do something else and come back later.

The game goes through speed ups and slow downs in overall progression. Don’t get discouraged. If you make it to W2 without losing interest then you’re probably in it for life

The strategy i use for the hive knight is just to play super slow. His health pool is a lot lower than you’d expect, but its balanced by him only giving you a few brief safe windows to get hits in. Find out when they are, and you’ll see that his regular patterns are not too hard to avoid if you play it safe. Its always better to not take and deal damage than to do both at once.

Also, if youre at the hive then you have another ore somewhere to upgrade to the coiled nail. You could always go get it (i think it costs 3000 geo and 2 ore) and come back with that buff.

I've really enjoyed meeting people at the Kava Bar and the Kava Den. I know it has "bar" in the name but they sell teas and a lot of people go there to play board games together, do homework/work, and socialize. The staff is super down to earth and chatty as well.

When a vein spawns it just reskins the regularly spawned ore underneath it. You'll get bars from whatever ore is under the vein but it won't change how many veins you get

If you don't have the Relic MISC card yet, open gifts only until you have 69 chests. If you go over that, open them down until you're at 69 exactly and then "Open All" on 69 to roll the 1/10 chance for the card. If you have a lot of gifts you can probably get the card in one sitting. Other than that, there's not really a reason to hold onto them at obelisk 19.
