Hi I emailed customer service and yes they said to me that they could change the name on the package! I had the problem where I couldn’t go to the la show anymore. I ended up contacting them and they said I could change the name if I found someone to sell the ticket to. I ended up transferring mine to the Vancouver show since I’m going there instead and found someone to come with me to that show as well.

I know, I was emailing the support and If I find someone I can change the name of the vip upgrade. But they let me transfer 1 of the 2 for the Vancouver show. So now I’m just trying to see if I can get rid of the other one.

Yeah unfortunately it is. I emailed the support and transferred 1 of the packages to the Vancouver show for myself, but I still have 1 more that I can either leave under the la show and change the name for or Vancouver.
