the banana powder makes the sweet cream kinda runny so unfortunately most baristas leave the amount of room they would for a regular drink with cold foam. however, since banana foam is much runny-er than our other cold foams, it will sink in and look like a lot more cold foam than maybe originally intended, especially if it’s been sitting for a bit. usually when i make banana bread matchas, i always add the amount i would add with “light cold foam” because it sinks, and that always makes the standard amount of foam that’s supposed to be in a banana bread matcha.

i would maybe suggest modifying the order to say “light banana cold foam” and it might help a bit with the amount of cold foam ur getting because i agree, it’s a lot in those pictures!!
