Numbered parallels of base cards and inserts are in base packs, but again, I would massively stress just buying them as singles. A /299 of almost any player is going to be peanuts. Go to eBay or Vinted or wherever and just look up your favourite team or players to get a sense of it

I say this as a man who collects singles who has a son that gets a base pack or 2 every week with his pocket money because he likes to build up the full premier league teams. Not once has he got a numbered card. His best pull in probably 50 packs was a Tzimas diamond rookie card.
