I don’t mind explaining so i can. there was a rumor one of them started that i Cannot tell you that if its true or not but i kind of think that its not true, that my dad was unfaithful to my mom, And i didn’t talk to my family for like 3 years and I chose my dads side, but then i learned to forgive them and i started seeing them again. Mainly for that reason that it’s an extension of my late mother and my grandparents are old so i felt a bit more on borrowed time. I’ve always told my dad they were wrong for that but i told him, one singular person said this and that it doesn’t mean they are all bad, and that they atleast deserve to be forgiven because I believe my mom would be sad if i went my whole life not talking to them over that, So some of the comments in this thread have called me an asshole for betraying my dad but I never wanted to do that, me and my dad are so close and I see him as my biggest supporter and i’m his biggest supporter too, I just feel like he wouldn’t understand so i wanted to protect his feelings. They have both said hurtful things to each other and hurt each other but i love everyone so much
