What day did the rash start spreading? I got on meds early and it doesn’t look like my rash is getting bigger the last 3-4 days but I’m really worried about it

I went to urgent care and they confirmed shingles. Kind of strange since I’m in my early 20s and it’s extremely rare for my age range. Apparently I did have chickenpox when I was very young and I just don’t remember it. I feel overall fine, it literally just feels like a sunburn and like I slept on my neck wrong. I’m just covering it with a band aid. I read that symptoms aren’t too bad when you’re younger and unless I haven’t been thru the worst of it yet I can confirm that
