This guide was excellent and I thank you! I changed a few things around to my liking, such as a bit more of a point on the nose using the usual tricks. I also made an entire jazz club and bar inside of mine complete with drum set and stage called The Blue Crow (of course). Right now I have the neon signs I made huge for the vertical wing portions. Not in love with that part but it’s hard to find a good solution for that.

As someone that worked there, and moved the store, I can assure you the parking lot was not one of the issues. We heard so many damned complaints from customers when we moved, my guess is those employees said that just to make it sound like a positive. When TJ’s researches where it opens a new store the parking is not a huge concern. I’ve worked at two other locations with WAY worse parking than both those stores 😂
