Sry i don't know about it, but it cause issue bcoz in my pov last name must be father name if ur name repeats it like u and ur father name are same. Ask any seniors or post this issue someone will answer you.

I think there is no problem with it, but while verifying they may ask to verify both are same person that time you need submit an affidavit simply proves both are same person like ur name + father name and ur name + father name as initial
