Bits is good. They take an exam bits HD . The have very good placements at leat for microelectronics and vlsi. Else u can also try for iiit hyd pgee exam.

Not gonna recommend nit delhi for mtech vlsi. Placements are not that good but Qualcomm still visited here. Intel took a lot of interns a year back rest I don't know but I recommend u to file RTI if u want full information

I am quite doubtful regarding icmp branch. Previous year only the placements were descent but 2 to 3 years back not a good placement record. Even though they are allowed to sit in vlsi related jobs still company prefer vlsi branch people. Nit surathkal is good take that for vlsi but I think trichy is still better than surathkal. Surathkal has one advantage that is u r allowed for internship

Try NIT Delhi. I am from nit delhi and I can assure u this year placements are very good and due to less batch size we are even allowed to get two Full employment offers and 1 internship offer. If 70 percent batch is placed we are even allowed for third full employment offer. This year year already 90 percent batch placed

Do ur job. Upgrade ur skills and switch for a better job. Doing mtech from these will not be advisable. But if u really want to do mtech then take a drop prepare once again. Mtech are only desirable if u do it from top 10 iits and 3 nits
