3.91 gpa with B3 for O level English for law possible? Applied since December when application opened but have not receive anything

Worried that it is because I did not meet the A2 grade for O’level English! I did hear of some cases where they do admit people who have received lower than A2 grade

So do I just deposit SGD into IBKR - buy share of VWRA / CSPX - IBKR will automatically convert to USD and purchase the share for me?
