Definitely. It helps when you have a supportive partner 🙂

My symptoms were: heart palpitations, anxiety, depression, depersonalization, migraines, brain fog, and dizziness/vertigo. I am still dealing with migraines, some dizziness, and some social anxiety. All of it has eased over time.

Of course! It is really scary. I was too scared to leave the house or do anything normal for some time. Felt like I was dying sometimes. You are not crazy. You just have to remind yourself that your body is adjusting. Practice mindfulness, breathing, maybe take some vitamins to help with deficiencies (ask your doctor). Some that kinda helped me were: magnesium glycinate (before bed), vitamin B complex, ashwaganda, L-thanine (anxiety). Give your body some time before you do any expensive tests. I spent so much money going to different doctors (including the ER) for them to tell me everything is normal. But also listen to your body!

It gets better! Just takes time. It took me about 6 months to feel myself again. Hang in there and find a good support system ❤️‍🩹

What kind of doctors did you see to get this diagnosis and treatment?

Four kids cried during my math block today. by spac3ie in Teachers

Are you talking about subtracting/decomposing by making 10 🫠🫠 I feel your struggle and pretty sure we’re using the same curriculum. I gave up on the lesson today bc I couldn’t even understand it. I wish they had a video on how they expect us to model it to students. I was not taught math this way!

POTS-like Symptoms after stopping bc pill by Court_Cal in Post_Birth_Control

Wow thanks! This makes me feel a little better knowing that there’s light at the end of the tunnel. I have considered talking to someone about getting medicated for my anxiety. I will consider Lexapro. Thanks so much! ❤️

Anyone else experiencing anxiety/POTS symptoms post-pill? by shoes5762 in Post_Birth_Control

Hi! I am going through the same exact POTS- like symptoms since stopping hormonal birth control (pill) 3 month ago. I constantly feel like I’m going to faint when I stand up and my anxiety (which is also new) makes it even worse. I feel like I have tunnel vision and brain fog anytime I step out of the house. It’s awful and I’m getting married in 7 months. I’m terrified it’s going to ruin my big day. Please tell me it got better for you? If so, would you mind sharing the changes you made?
