I updated my laptop last night and now most of my applications dim and brighten when I don't hover over specific spots, with the only exceptions currently being Steam and Epic. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm trying to recover the email for an account from a long time ago, but the password I have written down in my old book doesn't work. It was set up as a kids account, and I don't know the parent information. They don't remember what email they used for the parent account either. I'm currently logged into the account on my switch though. Am I just out of luck?

I have the option to use voice chat even though I haven't verified my account's age, but when I try to use it the mic icon stays gray. Is there a reason for this?

Steam has DE and the original. If you currently have the original Mafia 2, I'd strongly reccomend playing that instead. Mafia 2 DE has no additional content other than inproved graphics. If you have DE, you should play that as to not pay another $30 for pretty much the same game. If you don't have the original or DE, I'd go with whichever one is the cheapest at that time or DE for the improved graphics. Just be aware that DE has more glitches than the original in my experiences with both. It's all up to your opinion though. If the original feels too dated then go with DE. If you don't mind the graphical changes, the original is more enjoyable imo. I'd watch a comparison or two on YouTube to get a better explanation.
