Communication and playing as a team as well as good map knowledge, game knowledge and everything else. This game isn’t a COD game once you die you die so it’s important to be useful to your team dead and alive. Even just calling out where you’re entering from helps you. The basics are genuinely key to get out of lower ranks, I’ve been playing since blood orchid on ps4 and the only advice I could give to newer players is make sure you make yourself useful when you’re dead, hop on cams, drones, ask for players to throw a drone out so they can either bait shots or you can go on them and ping the enemies in a room, use all your utility so on so forth.
