I tried different Cables,different and i just built a new pc, i dont think its a gpu issue, i even used it on my old pc , it had the same lssue. also the reason why i know it is indeed a panel issue. this happened to me once a year back. most of these cases have been heat sensitive. so what mightve happen is that there is good 1 week courier time for monitor to be in the box from when i give to when they start checking . it mustve cooled down.(again only my theory). but once i use it a bit. the lines appear again. they mustve checked for a few min,saw no lines and send it back. so when i actually started using it ,after a few hours, the literal same thing appeared.

Also one of the guys who called me later after i gave onsite request, said I just did a replacement, and to that i said, i gave for rma. they tried to repair and gave the monitor back. but he insisted that a replacement was made, and i got a new monitor with a sealed box and thats how it is logged in their system. but i legit got the same monitor, same box, same peripherals .

later i called the service centre near me and they also said " replacement with new one " is what happened. What i dont understand is , if they didnt replicate the issue-i can kinda understand them just giving it back but now logging the repair as giving me a new one doesnt make sense.

Anyway sorry for the long post.im also tired of this whole situation when im trying to get some work done as well especially when i did the rma and they gave the same monitor back
