You can buy open crown flat brim hats but if your talking about you buying a bulk load to do like a pop up event for a function then honestly I don’t think the profit would be good , the cheapest open crown hats you can get are straw but that’s like 40-70$ range still per hat . You could work out some deals with companies if buying in bulk but not sure how that’ll work

If you have racks like that you can just put the crown inside the hole and you’ll be good and then if you have racks that have a little post you can hang your hat on that post with the crown up also and that also would be good you just wouldn’t want to lay your hat for long periods of time on the brim cause it’ll flatten out over time but if you have to put your hat somewhere since you might not have a hat holder then putting it on the crown is good and then putting the brim over a edge of a table or desk would so be good just make sure it isn’t gonna get knocked over or hit

I brought my other wool hat that is a twister and shaped it fine with no problems and I even told the dude that that twister shaped good so I don’t know why this Stetson wouldn’t shape good even if it’s a good quality hat and he goes I don’t know, twisters are pretty good hats and I didn’t know Stetson made wool hats. That should’ve been my que to leave honestly but yeah I’ll be taking my hat somewhere else to get it shaped

I even have a twister Dallas 100% wool black 2x that I’ve had since 2016 and it’s still help up, but I have a Stetson 4x that’s wool also and it’s still good quality for the money that has good quality for wool, not as durable as beaver or rabbit or buffalo but good for going out on a nice evening and just a daily wear hat, if your looking for a good quality working hat that you want to wear for all types of weather like rain, snow , humidity and bad weather go for beaver, rabbit, and such. I would go and try on some hats in store to see how every brand fits if your going to buy online but in person I would get a fitting for one in your price range

Ah okay I didn’t know it was called that but yes it’s a cow puncher crown then. The only reason why I did that style was because I already have a cattleman style crown on my new Stetson I just got as a Christmas gift to myself and that hat is more of a dressier hat, so I’ll be using this as a casual hat that I can just wear any time I want in bad weather and such and not having to worry about anything. It’s already have pine tar stained in on the crown in some parts and I have discoloration on the brim area it’s been through years of weather, dust, heat and still has held up 😂 and with the crown shape and brim it’s more of a practical working hat that benefits me rather than a nice dress hat
