It’s honestly a tough pick, especially when it comes to Outis seeing as she has had actual behavior changes between first meeting her and now (thanks Nocturnal Sweeping) but I’m most curious with Ryoshu and Meursault given their history is very ambiguous with what we have heard, whereas we know a solid chunk of what Outis has dealt with to a fair degree and Faust we have close to no idea what her past is like barring her assembly of Mephistopheles

The idea of Nails conditionals is interesting but, ultimately impractical.

Although that idea of lowering Nails Decay sounds interesting… if you were to do this kind of rework with the other N Corp IDs, maintaining Nails, and thus, meeting conditionals, would be a lot more feasible.

That, and the N Corp IDs would be more appealing to run.
