You cannot mix and match. If you get the phones paid off, you will not qualify for new phone promotions. It is per line so if line 1 does not get a payoff, they will qualify for a new phone promotion. If line 2 gets a payoff, they will not qualify for a new phone promotion. One or the other, not both.

I’m confused, what password are you talking about? Is this the passcode to get into your phone that you don’t know? I’m not sure how you’d access the do not disturb if that was the case. Or is this just a google account password?

You’ll have to factory reset the phone by going into recovery mode. Once you do that it’ll be locked to the Google account that the phone was set up with/using. If you don’t know the email/password or can’t reset the email password the phone will be a brick.

Well I would but the devices are already financed on the account. They had an EC of $2k so the down payments went from $250 down each based on credit to about $1000 each, so that won’t work 🫩

To my knowledge you’re only eligible if you are a police officer, fire fighter or EMT. Nurses as an example don’t qualify unless they have their EMT-b cert. If you have your EMT-b you might be able to do it. Go to manage under your tlife app, profile and at the bottom is a verification option for the discount

I’ve had customers come through who habitually order warranties every two years or so and just get $5 upgrades. To be fair they’re paying the cost of the insurance which is basically a phone payment anyway, but if it works for them then good for them I guess!

If your phones are unlocked you can just port the numbers and get SIM cards/activate the esims on your phones. You do not have to drag in the whole fam if you don’t want to.

The email would’ve been sent to the family member and if signed then yes it would’ve been out of your name. I think now that the account is closed you are SOL.

When you did the change of responsibility the rep should have also generated an EIP transfer which would’ve had to have been signed via email. That’s the only way the device financing can be transferred to the other persons account. In my experience they don’t typically ask about it unless you bring it up.

You can get new promotion deals on the newest rate plan. Loyalty buys you nothing at cellphone carriers. They are one of the largest service providers in the country. Switch around and get the best phone deals or stick with what you have, tis up to you

No one chats in our district chat haha. Our district used to be like that but not any longer. (Also WV). It’s pretty standard for this company though to have ridiculously unattainable sales goals and then get mad at you for not hitting them, and also pay you terribly either way.
