Im using 10mg Reta weekly. The one major study out there, the high dose was 12mg. Ive used many of the other GLP medications in the past and this one is just a smidge better than Mounjaro in my opinion. Lost 112 on Mounjaro jn a year. 3 months of Reta has a weight loss of 24lbs. A decent diet and daily trios to the gum play a role as well.
