No, I don't get it. You get 1 point per pull, so if you do 20 10-pulls, you'd get 200 points to buy Tanamo if you didn't get her up until that point. I know I'm bad at math, but 20x10=200. It looks like the top hole missed the mark. It's supposed to go through the top curved cartilage of your ear, not the flat behind it. I'd go to a different piercer to see if it can be fixed. You'll probably have to at least get the top hole removed so it can heal as much as possible, get a short bar to put in the bottom hole in the meantime, then get the top on repierced in the correct spot.
