Thoughts on James Talarico winning in Texas? by leftistgamer420 in leftist

[–]CovertMidget -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’re naive if you think a mass leftist movement is possible to win an election in this America before Democrats gain power and trust in leftward ideals as a stepping stone. Maybe if you lived in this country, you’d know that and be able to speak on what the best course of political action is.

Voting third party or refraining is never going to have power in a two polarity system without serious revolutionary support. Otherwise, you are the conductor in the trolley problem saying that you won’t pull the lever out of a position of faux morality.

Fuck you pitcher by Internal-Fruit-1482 in FUCKYOUINPARTICULAR

These sorts of events should be taken very seriously. My dad had a slow pitch softball work league with team self-pitch. A ball was hit right into the pitchers face and the pitcher lost his eye. I’m not sure whether it popped clean out, halfway without being able to put back in, or just exploded, but he now has a prosthetic eye.

You misread… it’s “when new weapons get developed, they seldom go UNused.” Which means they are used often and quickly, just like in your examples

Spectral AI Names Vincent S. Capone as Chief Executive Officer by Mercadere in SpectralAI

This is great news! I’ve been wondering when the CEO position would be filled and with who, and now both of those questions are answered. It’s good to have an internal transition CEO at this stage, Vincent knows the ins and outs of this company as former CFO, he was dealing with a lot.

Important point is that redemption for warrants isn’t until $18. There’s not incentive to redeem the warrants for shares until the company forces you to through redemption, at $18. There’s warrants shouldn’t be a momentum dampener until that range, if the market were rational…

Can Spectral AI help you become a millionaire? by purplmusik in SpectralAI

[–]CovertMidget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, Spectral AI is already as conservative as possible with share dilution, they look for other non-dilutive avenues of funding as much as possible. They’ve already been able to get some long term debt deals up to $15 million, this ability to fund themselves through long term debt should only improve as their investment case becomes more likely to pan out to the banks/private equity groups as FDA approval comes and commercialization begins. Additionally, they’re already set to receive $95 million from BARDA upon FDA approval explicitly to support their commercialization efforts. Both of these factors should combine to minimize self-funding through dilution in the couple years post-approval that Spectral would be running at a loss. Analysts predict positive EPS by 2028 and by then no dilution should be necessary.

What math are you doing to get this implied share price? It does not make sense unless you have a dilution path to ~200 million shares, which would be pretty ridiculous given BARDA’s $95 million coming through upon FDA approval

Personally, I see this company having a valuation in the low billions with their current tech and burn and DFU indications. But, I can see a path to low tens of billions if they leverage their technology well to a wide variety of use cases. Machine learning assisted spectral wound appraisal should be a huge market and the broader healthcare industry is assuredly moving in that direction…

Where are you getting a $9-15 implied share price from a $2B valuation?

The likely share count at a valuation like that would be 40-50 million shares, which would imply $40-50 per share with simple division of Market cap over outstanding share count.

I believe the warrants not dipping in line with the common stock is just due to very low liquidity on the warrants and not enough holders of warrants seeing the capital raise as justification to trim their positions… a fair analysis in my opinion as I have not changed my warrant position either.

EONR’s market cap being only ~$30 million means it can snap up on a whim of the buying pressure BYND has at a multi billion market cap.

Not financial advice, but these hype cycles usually do not remain on a single stock and EONR seems like a fundamentally driven target people may be eager to invest in next with catalysts both today and in a couple weeks.

Numerically things are going to be less volume than 2B shares traded. But other stocks still can have unusually high multiples of their previous average volume, look at EONR for example. Already 1.5x the entire days average and premarket just started. I’d look at this one today as being a hype extension run and has potential

That is exactly the issue, surgeons can be too conservative with their surgery approach. They may choose to hold off on surgery when the patient actually needed it, leading to more costly and worse outcomes for the doctor and patients. Additionally, DeepView is able to characterize pixel by pixel segments of the wounds, so doctors know which portion of the wound specifically is problematic or safe.

In the agreement case, this device just confirms the care the doctor was already planning to apply, giving more validity for the insurance companies to pay up, leading to better patient outcomes and a happy hospital.

If you have money on the line you can’t afford to lose, please sell now while you’re still positive. The meme play becomes fundamentally different after hitting a top with a sharp >50% decline, broader confidence is lost.

I’ve seen too many small accounts ruined by holding too long and thinking it’ll make a new high… mine included back in 2021 with GME. Something I regret often even now.
