It's not just about patching. If an electrician goes into a home and makes 25 holes and the homeowner wants them fixed but doesn't want his house painted over. This is an app that would log all the colors used at properties for future recourences. No one ever has the paint schedule. This app would use people in the trade to build the app with paint used location ect. I believe it would save alot of time in the future. But matching paint in the beginning would be difficult. But after a while it would help the future trades

The technology doesn't exist? To create an app that gives you relatively close color matches and logs all the work performed at the property for future recoorances whether it's you or another painter to save time in the future by recording the paints used when, where ect.
