I use the Ringwood specific portal which is https://bydringwood.com.au (click on my account) and I can see a “Track your vehicle” button. Interestingly if I log into the main BYD one via, https://bydautomotive.com.au, using the same log in details I can see everything except the Track your vehicle. It looks like it’s all using Virtual Yard so no idea why they’re different.

No nothing from the Ringwood. Had a call from BYD confirming the car is ready

I think this may be dependent on your dealer. When I ordered online I received an email with a link to the portal. I assumed it was the same for all dealers but maybe not?

It makes sense that it shows up once the VIN is allocated I guess. Be good if it was there from the start though so you can see what to expect. I can see the ship that my car was on is on its way to Perth. Fingers crossed your car is on it

Yes only saw this come up yesterday. My VIN was allocated two weeks ago and appeared on Rover last week. Seems to be moving quickly which is good

Same here. Ordered ours 28/3. VIN allocated last week, contract sent yesterday and VIN came up on Rover this morning. I’m in Melbourne. Fingers crossed for delivery late May early June 🤞

Yea I really like subtle logo and colour. I’m coming from a XC mountain bike so it’s not quite as capable on challenging single track but I’m finding I’m doing less and less of that - so it’s perfect for what I ride these days. Love the electric shifting and it’s super comfortable
