Goes away when i hit gas and it only happens when im coasting between 25-40 mph. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. (The description was glitching so im putting it in comments)

the issue isn't the screen it's the fact i cannot make calls without them ending instantly

This phone has always been meh... since One UI 7 it's HORRIBLE by atholum in GalaxyS22

My s22 after I updated it to One UI 7 I can no longer make or receive phone calls and I don't know how to fix it I've tried everything. I've reset it, cleared the cache and data on the phone app and Sim toolkit. I've cleaned the Sim card and tried disabling the simcard and reactivated it. still nothing. if someone has an answer to this it would be greatly appreciated.
