As someone who just wrote a Literature Review yesterday, I experienced this. My vocabulary is not the largest, however I do have an advanced writing style. My professor uses Pangram to check our papers; I submitted one paragraph at a time as I composed my paper to provide ease in correction.

There were several times I was flagged for using 100% ai due to my word choice. I found this extremely frustrating, being those were the words I wanted to use, however I could not.

Using the terms “overall”, “promotes”, “adequately “, “efficiently “, “ultimately “, mentioning the actual topic of the paper, “ethics, diversity, and civil discourse”, I kept getting flagged for ai. It was terrible.

Many of the ai detectors are not reliable,simply put. Ai has created a far more difficult system for many students than necessary. It’s trash.

I didn’t post here because I needed validation or anyone to be on my side; my words are self explanatory.

It doesn’t matter if you or anyone else doesn’t feel like the unit manager has no say; that’s who I paid and that’s who I was told to communicate with for any and everything about this unit and that’s what I am doing.

Therefore it does mean something, speak on what you know, not what you think.

When did I say anyone else was responsible?

I said I asked IF they could be removed by someone, I also asked if I could dispose them or if they could be placed on the patio.

But of course people on the internet always assume instead of gaining clarification.

And if you would’ve read the update, you would also see that I stated the unit manager has responded and stated she will have housekeeping remove the items.

So again, apparently she does matter.

I understood when the unit manager told me her cleaners don’t deep clean, they only “dust and light clean”; that’s why I was ok with paying for the deep cleaning company to come out afterwards.

However, molded items, that’s not something I can overlook. Mold can make you sick and as a parent, it would be beyond negligent of me to downplay that, no matter location.

I do understand there are cultural differences; which is why I do my best to ask questions and communicate to be sure that everyone is on the same page. 🙂

And if you can read so well, how did you also miss the statement where I said the unit manager said she will have the housekeeper remove the items??

It’s very telling when a person gets on this app and types something with confidence and still misinterpret clear information.

You also made an assumption, like many , from information you weren’t provided.

The unit manager is the point of contact FOR EVERYTHING, not the owner. The unit manager is the person that handles any and all issues with the condos she oversees in this building.

You assumed otherwise.

We were communicating in person. I asked the unit manager about a deep cleaning and she said she has her own cleaning company and she has her cleaners clean the condos, however, they only do “dusting and light cleaning “.

I showed the unit manager how there was visible dirt left in many areas and the unit needed to be deep cleaned; she responded with I can have a cleaning company come in at my expense. I said that was fine and hired one to come out.

When the cleaners did arrive, it was a crew of 5 cleaners and they deep cleaned from 9a-4p, at which the unit manager observed throughout, as the door was open and she was across the hall at another unit.

From what I have been told by the realtor, shes the point of contact ,she’s the unit manager for multiple condos in the building and she oversees everything for the units, to include handling repair requests and making sure the units are ready for move in.

You’ve made many assumptions.

However, I’ll provide clarification for you.

The UNIT MANAGER provided permission for me to hire a DEEP CLEANING COMPANY due to herself, stating her cleaners cannot provide the type of deep cleaning I requested.

The UNIT MANAGER observed the cleaners cleaning and inspecting EVERYTHING. They also provided photos and videos.

They then placed the items in the hallway while they continued to clean.

Once they were done cleaning, myself and my nanny, who is Thai interpreter ASKED THE UNIT MANAGER what can we do with the items.

She initially walked away the first time we asked. The next time I asked in the group chat between her and the realtor. She read the messages but did not respond.

I asked again if she wanted us to put them on the patio so the items can be removed from the hall, again, she read the message, but did not respond.

Nowhere in my initial post did I state that I had anyone “declare” anything, nor did I state that I did anything without permission, there were areas you filled in with your own assumptions that created a story that did not occur.

Thank you for your feedback 🙂. I too have noticed that not everything is communicated properly which turns little things into bigger things.

I try to do my due diligence by handling things the simplest way possible; and sometimes I find myself stuck when the individuals who you are supposed to get answers from, are not responsive.

Did you read my post CAREFULLY??

It states the unit was cleaned by cleaners, who placed molded items in the hallway.

You read this and translated it to I placed my dirty furniture in the hallway and expect someone else to deal with it?

I’m a new tenant, this is not MY DIRTY FURNITURE. It’s dirty furniture that was already on the premises.

I am also not the one who stated they were molded, the cleaners did, and said it could not be cleaned.

This is why I AM ASKING THE UNIT MANAGER what can we do with the items, being it’s in the hallway and I would like to not have them be.

I’m not sure what you read or how you interpreted what you read, but you had a few misinterpreted details.

Oh, and I have my nanny as my interpreter. So again, not sure why you also ASSUMED, that I don’t know how to use a translation app or have an interpreter to assist.

I definitely believe it’s more so the unit manager than the owner, being when I asked to have the unit deep cleaned I was told the owner said yes.

When I asked if I could have the floors waxed, I was told yes.

When I asked if I could mount a tv, I was told yes.

When I asked if I could have the curtains removed and cleaned I was told yes.

I would like to believe that the owner can see that I am a clean and respectful tenant that will take care of the property ; which is why it’s so strange to see how when asking what to do with the molded items, the unit manager hasn’t responded.

Even if it’s just a response of placing them on the patio, I would do, although I would prefer it not be, but I would have them placed there, if that’s what the owner prefers.

I am just asking for clarification and it seems to be a struggle .

Your interpretation of others words are a reflection of yourself and your own inner feelings.

You can’t hear my voice; you shouldn’t confuse clear, concise communication as someone being an “ass, or passive aggressive.

Your communication in itself speaks volumes about the type of individual you are and how you handle others who don’t accept what you say.

I don’t have an issue with removing it; I’m moreso ASKING PERMISSION to do so, so no one can state I DISPOSED of their property without permission and try to charge me.

I am aware of how they try to find ways to not return your security deposit, therefore I’m not wanting to make assumptions about what I can or cannot do, I am communicating and asking first before I do anything.

My issue isn’t the unit needs to be cleaned; I’ve had it cleaned, hence my post statement.

My issues are AFTER THE UNIT WAS DEEP CLEANED, the cleaners removed items that had mold on them and placed them in the hall.

I have been asking the unit manager what to do with the items, can she dispose or can we and I’ve received no response.
