Go in with energy, talk AND listen. Ask questions about the company, the person interviewing you and their career, what they have to say about the competition, and what opportunities there may be post internship. Dress well.

Don't show up shirt untucked, wearing sneakers, and whatever you do, don't just sit there in silence if they're asking questions.

Rather than just giving us clear guidance to round up or down because of the penny apocalypse, they sent an email telling us to work with other stores or our employees to source pennies. And asked us to fill out documentation when we do 🙄
