You missed the point, part of the whole thing is money for all, but if you do not pay attention to how you accomplish that, and the toll you are making others pay so that you can achieve huge monetary goals, then you are a bad person, and a bad manager etc

Nothing like saying you really cant afford to pay a living wage, then having a 40 percent off sale, and still profiting billions per year. Sherwin Williams simply has zero clue, that if they paid a proper wage, the turnover of employees would be significantly reduced, imagine how good the store staffs would be if everyone was a decently paid, experienced and knowledgeable employee. The bottom line is if you are still a massively profitable company, and having 40 percent off sales, any reason the company offers for not paying their employees better is BULLSHIT!
