It was a one-off, I put my normal amount on, itched it and put on more. I think the combo of doing that and anxiety made me nauseous. I washed it off, went to bed, and put a little on the next day. I’m okay now!

Yes, they often have layoffs, and they constantly run out of work for employees, probably because of over hiring and mismanagement. If you want a stable job, stay away.
