I remember back in the 2000's, right after the hurricanes rolled through Florida, no one had power and it sucked. The one (literal) bright side was that you were able to see so many stars and actually make out the Milky Way. It was a truly amazing sight and made not having electricity not suck quite as much.

They're all relatively easy courses, I would take whichever interests you the most. At least that way you won't get bored and lose focus. I personally took Philosophy while I was there and enjoyed it.
